The happy couple announced the news on Saturday evening. Martinez and Lopez shared two photos on their Instagram pages: one featuring a baby scan and the other with their dog, as they prepare to welcome a new family member.

Martinez wrote: "We are immensely happy that you came into our lives!!! You are the reflection of the long road we have travelled together, of each step taken with care, with conscience and with patience, but above all with love, that love that now brings us even more love! Thank you for choosing us!!! They love you with all their soul… Mom & Dad.

"And of course, the puppy with the purest heart in the world is also waiting for you eagerly!"
